To Life!

Seth & May

Another year in attendance to what for me has become an annual summer pilgrimage to the northern tip of Michigan. Not just for the incredible music but also the kind and free spirited vibe from which the festival prospers. Lots of people, like myself, who are also good at sitting, as well as dancing and finding other ways to keep life light when in the company of others. And let me include the gorgeous landscape in with that as well. I would like to say that this is the way all people should be but the smarter side of my self, or maybe should say, the more transcendent part of myself, understands that diversity is a higher order for mankind to flourish, even when encountering things and people I don't understand or find agreement with. One of the few 'beliefs' that I do hold. Lessons I've learned from the wild. I suppose all that really matters is my knowing where I can find such a place that does work for me and then not worrying so much about the rest. Provided that 'the rest' doesn't infringe upon me, like minded company, my own home or the environment we all share in order to carry on with the lives we all choose. Such is respect as well as faith and humility.
